Refund policy
If your purchase arrives in a condition that is not satisfactory, please inform us within 30 days of delivery so that we can assist you with an exchange!
At Hai Hai, we offer store credit or exchanges for faulty products. We do not provide refunds. If a product has visible faults due to transit or production issues, we will gladly exchange it for you or offer store credit. While we are unable to offer monetary refunds, we will ensure that you receive the shoes you love!

We apologize to hear about any damage caused to our exquisite handmade products during transit! It's important to note that minor flaws or irregularities serve as a reminder that all our shoes are meticulously handwoven by skilled artisans, not manufactured by machines on an assembly line. Each pair of shoes is unique and may bear the distinctive marks of being crafted by human hands.
Before being packaged and dispatched for delivery, all Hai Hai shoes undergo rigorous quality control checks. Shoes that are damaged or in visibly poor condition are not released. We take great pride in our attention to detail when it comes to handmade products and hope that our customers appreciate the human touch in the creation of our footwear.
EXCHANGES
Once we have assessed your claim and determined that an exchange is appropriate, we will proceed to replace your sandals, covering all delivery expenses. This also applies if sizing issues arise due to a proven fault from Bulibasha's sizing department.
If a customer insists on exchanging a product that is not deemed damaged or faulty, we will conduct an assessment. If the exchange is approved, the customer will be invoiced for the cost of delivery.
SHORTAGES
If any items are missing from your order, please inform us promptly, and we will ensure that you receive your complete purchase!
SIZING ISSUES
To avoid any sizing issues, we highly recommend that customers refer to our SIZE CHART before making a purchase (available on each product page). Feel free to contact us via email or through our website if you have any questions regarding sizing.
Hai Hai footwear is designed based on international sizing standards. However, considering the various shapes and sizes of human feet, our sizing charts have been created to assist you in selecting the correct size based on both the length and width of your unique feet.
Once we receive your order, we consider it as confirmation that you have consulted the size chart prior to making the payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the unfortunate event that you have made an error in your order or wish to cancel your purchase, please email contact@haihaidesign.com within 24 hours. Please note that we are unable to process any changes, modifications, or cancellations beyond this 24-hour timeframe.
Once an order has been dispatched and received by the assigned shipping service, it is no longer possible to cancel. Delivery companies do not have the authority to dismiss orders, halt delivery, or change shipping instructions once an order is dispatched.
